I grew up in the professions of nursing and police. I married into social work and defence. I became a Counsellor, Social Worker and Educator with professional, and lived experience, of these professions. Consequently, I am a counsellor with a truly authentic understanding of the challenges. So, after 30 years working “in-the-thick-of-it-all”, I now provide counselling to professionals who work in these areas.

I have always accessed health and wellbeing services to support me in my work. I know finding a counsellor with both professional and lived experience of my profession made a big difference to my longevity in this type of work, which is why I am pleased to be able to offer this for you.
