Counselling Therapy for
Doctors & Nurses

Are you working in Health?

Ever feel detached, numb or frustrated at work?

Depressed, isolated, even when you're not alone?

I grew up with a family member working in NICU, so at an early age, I knew the tragic losses that accur there, and the impact that has, not just on grieving families, but on the staff and their families too.

As an adult, I worked in ICU. One of the challenges were the transitions. From the lows of consoling a family as they were told sad news about their adult child...to the highs of celebrating with a patient leaving ICU after weeks in a coma...to supporting a young family after the unexpected loss of a parent. But maybe the hardest transition of them all, was the transition from work-life to home-life each day. Another challenge was mutli-tasking.

Multitasking requires us to be on high alert for extended periods of time, which can cause a permanent state of stress & anxiety.

If you need to talk to a therapist who understands what it's like to work in health, and can help you manage the impacts on your home-life, whatever you are going through at the moment, start the process by scrolling down, and leave me a message.
